If you have any complaints regarding our compliance with the handling of Personal Information, you must first contact us using form on Contact Us page and Thru will investigate and attempt to resolve complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of Personal Information.

For complaints that cannot be resolved between Thru and the complainant, Thru will cooperate with JAMS pursuant to the JAMS International Mediation Rules.
