Subscribing to the Thru Status Page allows customers to receive notifications about issues that may impact services. The Status Page enhances communication and transparency around system status and changes.

Thru Status Page provides customers information regarding:

  • New releases

  • Maintenance

  • Incidents

  • Operational status

  • Announcements on the status page will be per region and platform

  • Customer-specific maintenance is scheduled directly and notification on the Status Page is optional.
